Peter Jackson is a director, producer and screenwriter from New Zealand. He is best known for being the director and producer of The Lord of the Rings trilogy and The Hobbit trilogy.
He is also the director of Heavenly Creatures, starring Academy-Award winner Kate Winslet (Titanic) and Melanie Lynsky (Two and a Half Men), Forgotten Silver, The Frighteners, King Kong and The Lovely Bones.
